By accessing or using MarkVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MarkVault is a cloud-synced Markdown editor with AI writing assistance and secure share links. A free tier and a paid Pro tier are offered.
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Pro features require a paid subscription billed via Stripe. Pricing is shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from within the app.

You retain ownership of all content you create. By using cloud sync, you grant MarkVault a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your content.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for a material breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or interruptions to the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
