Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and profile photo from Google Sign-In
• Content: Markdown files you choose to sync to the cloud
• Usage data: daily AI request counts (stored in Firestore under your user ID)
• Billing data: subscription status (plan, renewal date). Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers

2. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Service
• To enforce feature limits on the free tier
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing

3. Third-party services

• Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication and database storage
• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
• AI providers (Gemini, Groq, etc.) — AI requests are forwarded server-side; we do not store request content beyond the duration of the request

4. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Account → Delete my account inside the app.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use browser localStorage to store your preferences (theme, palette) and a short-lived config cache. No advertising cookies are used.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Firestore security rules restrict access so that each user can only read their own files and subscription status.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting notonsr@gmail.com.

8. Changes

We will post any material changes to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
