Short version: Cancel any time. If you're not happy within 7 days of your first charge, email us for a full refund — no questions asked.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:
After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
New subscribers receive a free trial period (shown at sign-up). You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund.
After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion for exceptional circumstances (e.g. duplicate charges, technical failures that prevented access).
Partial refunds for unused time are not provided outside of the 7-day window.
